I'm a builder. Product, engineering, systems — that's how I think. I spent years in tech building things for other people's problems. Then the problem became personal. Morca Bio is the company I left everything else to build. Not because I was certain it would work — I wasn't. Because the alternative was waiting for someone else to solve a problem I could see clearly and had the capacity to attack. That felt like the wrong choice. I am not a biologist. I work with people who are. My job is to hold the vision, assemble the capability, and push the program forward faster than it would move without pressure.

Dr. Yust-Katz is a neuro-oncologist and the clinical principal investigator for this program. She brings the clinical expertise that translates laboratory findings into a viable path toward first-in-human trials: trial design, regulatory strategy, and the patient-side interface that connects the science to what actually matters. Her commitment to this program is part of what makes it possible.
